Additional Fees:
Additional fees may include 2% State Rental Tax, 10% Damage Waiver, Fuel Charges, and Cleaning Deposits or fees. Any damage occurring while equipment is in the possession of the customer must be paid for at the end of the rental period.
Damage Waiver:
Damage Waiver covers any accidental or unintentional damage occurring while equipment is in the possession of the customer. Damage Waiver does NOT cover damage due to misuse, abuse, using equipment for unintended purposes or transportational incidents
Identification:
Customer who will be responsible for the rental must present a picture ID and may be asked for additional ID. Customer who will be responsible for the rental MUST be the same as the person signing the rental contract. No one under the age of 18 will be permitted to sign a contract. Baker's reserves the right to deny rental at any time. Baker's rental department does NOT accept checks.
